  • What Changed This Cycle:

    • Eliminated alcohol
    • Switched to low-tox fragrance (Henry Rose)
    • Introduced strength training 3x/week
    • Started Creatine, NMN, and magnesium
    • Prioritized 8 hrs sleep and HRV tracking


  • Result Summary:

    This was our baseline test. I was shocked by how strong the results already were — and curious how much lower we could go. Years of semi-healthy living paid off more than I expected. Now the goal is optimization. I started tracking changes and tightening my habits with the goal of showing real proof of change.
